Returns

Due to hygiene regulations, products that have already been removed from the packaging cannot be returned. Feel free to send an email to:

info@minvoir.com and we will be happy to see what we can do for you.

We first look at your situation and accept your return by email. If you return your product to us without email acceptance, we cannot offer a refund or compensation. All returns must be mentioned in advance by email to us and also approved by us.

RETURNS PROCEDURE - RETURNS BY POSTNL OR DHL

1. CONTACT US

Please contact us FIRST for any return questions via info@minvoir.com . We check whether we can proceed with your return request based on whether: the product is still in the packaging, closed and has not previously been used/opened. You can only return it after we have given permission by email.

2. MAKE A NOTE TO INSIDE THE PACKAGING

If we accept your request. Make sure you write your full name, order number and reason for return on a piece of paper and place it in the packaging box. Otherwise we cannot process the return.

3. PREPARING THE PACKAGE TO SHIPPING

Place the item(s) in the original mailbox packaging (if possible), insert the written letter and seal the package. We ask you to return it at your own expense to:

Monta Waspik BV, Hayweg 11, 5165 NL, Waspik, Netherlands.

Make sure you write this address on the mailbox/package.

4. TAKE TO DHL OR POSTNL POINT

Go to a DHL or PostNL point and bring your package. You will receive a shipping receipt, please keep it safe.

5. REFUND

We will refund the money to your account within 7 working days after receiving your return shipment.
