Shipping Policy

At Minvoir, careful and reliable delivery is our top priority. We are committed to delivering every order to you quickly, safely and with the utmost attention to quality, in cooperation with our shipping partners. Below you will find our shipping terms.

Shipping & Tracking

Minvoir ships with carefully selected carriers to ensure exceptional service. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking code confirming that your package is on its way. Please note that this can sometimes take a few days.

International Delivery

We deliver worldwide. Delivery times for international shipments depend on the destination country and processing by local customs authorities. Any delays resulting from customs inspections, import duties or taxes are beyond our responsibility and are at the expense of the recipient. These circumstances do not entitle you to a refund, return or chargeback.

Missing, Damaged or Undelivered Shipments

Claims regarding missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and supported by clear documentation, such as photos and order details. Damage to the packaging only is not eligible for replacement or refund if the product itself is undamaged.

Once the tracking status shows "Delivered", responsibility passes to the recipient. In that case, the customer must file a claim with the carrier and prove the loss. Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

Changes & Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted within 5 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Contact us at info@minvoir.com to check whether your order can still be changed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and (international) public holidays. The shipping confirmation with tracking serves as official proof of shipment. By placing an order with Minvoir, you agree to the shipping terms stated above.
